This Privacy Policy explains how Valet handles personal information collected through the valetandyou.com website. It applies to the website, to messages sent through the website contact form, and to email sent directly to legal@valetandyou.com.

Valet is an agency that implements AI inside business software and workflows. The website describes that work and lets a visitor start a conversation with us.

When you send the contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, your email address, an optional phone number, an optional company name, the contact reason you select, and your message. When you email legal@valetandyou.com directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.

We also receive the request data needed to deliver messages reliably and to protect the site and the form from abuse, such as the submission time, the page language, and the verification token from Cloudflare Turnstile. Our service providers may also process technical request data such as your IP address and browser information as part of delivering and securing the site and email. We do not collect payment information, and the website does not create user accounts.

When enabled, Cloudflare Web Analytics helps us understand aggregate website traffic.

We use the details you send, through the contact form or by email, only to read your enquiry and reply to it. The note shown in the contact form says the same thing: we use your email to reply to this enquiry and nothing else.

We do not use enquiries or contact form submissions for newsletters, advertising, or marketing.

By submitting the contact form or emailing legal@valetandyou.com, you consent to Valet collecting the information you provided and using it to respond to your enquiry. You do not need to provide an optional phone number or company name.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to legal@valetandyou.com and asking us to stop using your information.

We rely on a small set of service providers to run the website and handle messages. Vercel hosts the website. Sanity stores the website content that editors publish; it is not where we store enquiries or email. Resend delivers contact form messages as email. Cloudflare Email Routing forwards mail sent to legal@valetandyou.com, and Google receives and stores that mail in our Gmail inbox. Cloudflare also provides Turnstile to protect the form and, when enabled, Web Analytics for aggregate traffic measurement. GitHub stores the website source code.

These providers process information on our behalf or, for security and infrastructure, as part of delivering their service. Some of them may process technical request data, such as an IP address or browser details, to deliver and secure their service. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

We may disclose personal information when applicable law requires it, or when we need to do so to protect our rights or the safety of others.

The website itself does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Two browsing preferences, your theme choice and your motion preference, are saved in your browser local storage so the site can remember them. You can clear them from your browser settings at any time.

The website sets short-lived cookies only when an authenticated editor opens a Sanity content preview. Those cookies relate to editing the site, not to visitor tracking.

Cloudflare Turnstile protects the contact form and is operated by Cloudflare; its own terms and privacy policy apply to how it processes a verification request. When Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled, the site loads it to help us understand aggregate website traffic.

We keep enquiry information, including email sent directly to legal@valetandyou.com, only as long as we need it to handle your enquiry and correspondence and to meet applicable legal obligations.

We do not set a fixed retention period. You can ask us how long we keep a particular enquiry, or ask us to delete it, by writing to legal@valetandyou.com.

We send contact form messages over HTTPS and verify each submission with Cloudflare Turnstile before delivery. We limit access to enquiry information to the people who need it to reply.

No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure. We take reasonable steps to protect the information we receive, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The website may link to other websites we do not control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to them, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. Read the privacy policy of any site you visit before providing personal information.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask a question about this policy, by writing to legal@valetandyou.com. Describe your request and the email address you used so we can find your enquiry.

We reply by email to the address associated with your enquiry.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the website or our practices change. The current version is always published on this page with the date it was last updated.

If the website is acquired by or merged with another organization, information collected through the site may be transferred as part of that transaction, and this policy would continue to apply until it is replaced.
